1. Cancellation Policy

Live Courses

• Before Course Starts: Cancellation requests made 7+ days before the batch start date are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees (5%)
• Within 7 Days of Start: 50% refund may be provided at our discretion
• After Course Starts: No refund will be provided once the course has begun

Recorded Courses

• Due to the instant digital delivery nature, recorded courses are non-refundable once access is granted
• Please review demo content before purchasing

1. Submit Request: Email your refund request to info@pinnaclevastu.in with your order details and reason for cancellation
2. Review Period: We will review your request within 3-5 business days
3. Decision Communication: You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request
4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
5. Credit to Account: Refund will be credited to the original payment method

4. Batch Transfer

Instead of cancellation, you may request a batch transfer to a future batch. Batch transfers are:

• Subject to availability
• Must be requested before the original batch starts
• Allowed only once per enrollment
• Free of charge

5. Consultation Services

For consultation services:

• Cancellation 48+ hours before scheduled time: Full refund
• Cancellation within 48 hours: 50% refund or reschedule option
• No-show without prior notice: No refund
