Pinnacle Vastu primarily offers digital products and online courses. As our services are delivered electronically, there is no physical shipping involved for most of our offerings.
Digital Delivery Includes:
- Live Course Access: Zoom/Online meeting links sent via email/WhatsApp
- Course Recordings: Access through Pinnacle Vastu App
- Study Materials: PDF downloads provided via email/app
- Certificates: Digital certificates sent via email upon completion
2. Delivery Timeline
Upon successful payment:
- Course Access: Immediately after payment confirmation
- Live Class Links: 24-48 hours before the scheduled class
- Study Materials: Within 24 hours of enrollment
- Certificates: Within 7 days of course completion
3. Physical Products (If Applicable)
In case we offer any physical products (books, Vastu remedies, etc.) in the future:
- Shipping within India: 5-7 business days
- Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount
- Tracking information will be provided via email/SMS
4. International Delivery
Our digital courses are accessible worldwide. For international students:
- Course access is available immediately after payment
- Live classes are conducted at IST (Indian Standard Time)
- Recordings are available for students in different time zones
5. Access Issues
If you face any issues accessing your purchased course or materials, please contact us immediately. We will resolve access issues within 24-48 hours.
